Artist description
A recent musical analysis revealed that The OBVIOUS' appeal is derived from their ability to create a musical spectrum broader so wide you'll have trouble getting out the door.Ok, there's a bit of everything in this soup: psychedelic pop, swing, funk roc k, jazz licks... big band, double kick-bebop, slappin' maximum R&B ...with a crunch guitar....or another way to look at it: Imagine Keith Moon pounding his drums behind Eddy Van Halen on the six string guitar-synth, with Flea (Chili Peppers) on bass, playing songs that could have been written by Lennon/McCartney ...and Sting ...while singing 3 part harmony and having a heck of a darned good time.Phew! The OBVIOUS ....the band you already know somehow.{ |
