Artist description
One guy, nestled amidst a frankenstein arrangement of digital music gear, living in the shadow of Seattle. Teknoboy is the audio stylings of Mark Krepela, a digital musician of ten years, striving to produce music that explores energetic rhythm, percussion, melody and sound canvasing. The music is hard to classify, but tends towards techno and ambient in most cases. If you like music that makes you nod your head, tap your foot, and surprises you, this is for you. |

Artist History
Mark has been a digital musician since around 1990, incorporating everything from old Amiga computers to a Korg M1 synthesizer into his collection of musical gear. He attended 2 years of digital sound schooling from 1993-1995 during which he learned a lot about sampling, filmscoring, and caffeine. All songs here are free to grab at the moment. No new content for SOME time but that'll change. (12/05/2002). |
