Artist History
Former flutist and acordeonist from Bacamarte, a brazilian progressive rock group, Marcus develops an instrumental work in which he fuses different influences, from classical to progressive, from jazz to brazilian folk music, resulting in a work with different textures and themes.
Marcus began to study music at the age of 6, learning acordion. After that he also learned flutes, piano and synths. He has composed music for theatre, video and dance and his work sometimes expresses his preocupation about environment and nature preservation. |
