Artist History formed out of necessity in august of 1996, longneck has been banging out tunes for quite some time. starting out as a cover band playing music ranging from pop punk to heavy metal, they honed their skills playing house parties until the end of summer 1997 when the band members split apart to go to their respected colleges. while separated, the members explored various other musical venues while enjoying the college life and gaining some maturity. fast forward to may of 1999. jake rallies the band to reform and rerecord some of it's old songs with a more electronic edge, so resulting in what you hear...
