Artist History
Kudgel was the brainchild of Cinderblock Records guru Mark Erdody. Having survived several early lineup changes, Kudgel gained a wide audience in the Boston area, and proceeded to record in NYC and Chicago with Wharton Tiers and Bob Weston. Toured twice in the US, with The Swirlies, and Cheater Slicks. Coined the phrase "Chimp Rock". Did the right thing and broke up in 1994. |
