    Artist History
The Jackie O. Nasties formed in 1998 and immediately began writing original material. Some twenty songs resulted from their early rehearsals and a distinct sound began to develop. Drawing upon over ten years of experience in the San Francisco and New York City music scenes they set out to play in small S.F. clubs to polish their live performance. The subsequent performances began to draw attention and a local following quickly built. The band is slated to play the Fillmore in San Francisco July 16, 1999.
