Artist History I used to win Karaoke contests across the USA -- then I decided that I should do my own stuff. I used to be a published author of erotica -- hey, had to earn money. I then found out I had a knack for writing lyrics to music (helps when you're saturated with sensory imagery), so it was a natural progression. Singers who don't write should read everything they get their hands on, in addition to everything they hear. I soak everything up -- good music, good writing, good film, good artwork. I feed my soul -- that gives me the well-spring of experience to write music. I write for God -- I write for myself -- I write for the love of life.
