Artist History Chaz’s music history dates over fifteen years to the early 1980s. His music has always proven popular, whether opening for REO Speedwagon, playing the billwith Richard Marx or headlining at the legendary CBGB'snightclub in New York City and his videos have also appeared on MTV.A prominent figure in the Louisville music scene, he also has played a significant role in bringing national recognition to Louisville‚s original musicians. Chaz promotes and organizes Harvest Showcase, a charity event that, to date, has raised more than 18 Tons of food for the needy. He developed and produced 6 widely distributed Harvest Showcase CDs, composed entirelyof original music performed by unsigned regional talent, which have generated further funds for the charity.His efforts to promote racial, spiritual and cultural unity do not stop with his musical initiatives. A singer,songwriter and guitarist, Chaz has also received critical acclaim for designing and distributing the renowned Unity clothing line. The distinctive black-and-white apparel is a favorite of thousands, including Hootie and the Blowfish, and President Bill Clinton, who has personally commended Chaz‚s efforts.
