Artist description
MASUCCI's IT girl! has been grooving NYC crowds for about 5 years.
Originally, this outfit's approach was completely improvisational.
Among fellow 'groove' bands, IT girl! is now considered an idiomatic hybrid of sorts,
combining both DJ & Studio culture with the essence of live jamming & vocalization.
Their blend of worldly styles contribute largely to this innovative venture.
With one live set, the listener is taken on a trip around the globe.
There's something new with each song yet they maintain a strong continuity.
Block-rockin' beatz & nasty horn lines command audiences to move, while jazzy basslines
and hypnotic melodies sway their imagination. Fused with their strong political/social stance,
IT girl! introduces a unique holistic approach for the millennium. |
