Artist History
Strange Travelers was born from the desire to create music without any
constraints of style. Too many bands limit themselves to a specific
genre, and never look outside of it. Wonderful music is being created in
many genres, and there is no reason elements from many styles can not be
combined. Anything, from Tuvan throat singing to thrash guitar, from folk
to techno, could be used, as long as the result is good.
With this thought in mind, founding member Robert Devereux set out to
create music that mixed his various loves - rock, gothic, film scores,
folk music from Eastern Europe and Asia, and electronic music. |
