The steel guitar whine quietly pierces lead singer/guitarist Stephan Ryshkewitch's floating melodies, seasoning Altitude's songs with mournful, distinctly American soul. At live shows, this mood washes over the audience leaving ashtrays full and draught glasses empty by the end of Altitude's first tune.
