Artist History “pickcell started out in may 2000, by the calls of the members of “termionic” who later on move to a metal army that come with one mission – a musical domination from inner sight together with a sense of brotherhood. By defining themselves as “the cell”, this 7 people started to built a dreams, started from an unique combination of metal music; namely from old school metal to black – death metal sound with modern element – hip hop, rap, hardcore to new age metal and future distorted style, namely “NEO METAL” with heavier sound. By seeing a 6 years old kids who move around at the town called “bangi” at 4 a.m, and a super big head “tiger-a-like” cats, an old school car of one of us grandfather, a bullet trains have influenced every inches of their mind by creating the music – and not forgetting the musical influences; from cradle of filth, meshuggah, slipknot, machine head, dimmu boggir, ozzy osbourne, metallica [ before black LP], napalm death, carcass, slayer, cypress hill, hatebreed, snapcase, sepultura [old] , nirvana, wings, and many more bands BUT strictly we do believe in creating our own music; and of course, pickcell is all about music. The propaganda is inside our ownselves – by using our lyrics as an statement of our anger, sadness, happiness, hatred, emotion and how do people feel about us. Those who make us bleed and create the sense of our hard work by defining the music to the next level. With this diverse mode of music, together with our mission, “pickcell” move to our heart and soul, to dominate the reality of mind within the hard music scene. “pickcell” is not about your egoism, it’s always about sense of rebellion inside the culture that corrupt the people’s mind…we’ll going to be the way we are in the future, and the changes will move through time and the missionary will always be remain the same – it’s all about music and us!” pickcell
