Artist History Formed in 1994 as 3 pc. Nirvana influenced power trio. Since then have gone through a few line-up changes and added a horn section. Now a polished songwriting juggernaut that specializes in ska-punk w/ intelligent if not cryptic lyrics (pixies influence I guess).Shows always are very fun with some members of audience feeling need to strip onstage during any given performance. Thw band has recorded a number of EP's and LP's released on their own No Betta Records indie label. Hoping to make intelligence a word to be comfortable with in the new millenium (slug songs aside). Fans of the band are lovingly referred to as "Slugs": A term for the description of a rebellious youth who has fun doing whatever they want. Now, maybe we should find a more mature, "intelligent" name for them...NAH! Slug Life Forever!
