Artist History In 1999, at the beginning of autumn, CELESTIAL CROWN was born. They originate from Estonia -Tartu town. Denis came up with this because for a long time he has had an obsession to play in a metal band as a vocalist. He and his friend from university Aleksander (or Shel), decided to form a band and they started to work over it. In 1996, they had played in another band which broke up because of a missunderstanding. So in 1999 year they have started as CELESTIAL CROWN. Denis became a vocalist and lyrics writer, Shel a music composer. In October 1999 they finished with a demo "Invasion of Suicidal Angels" recorded on Denis' home studio, but there were problems with Denis home conditions...they couldn't record vocals at home with good guitar sounds, so they decided to go into the studio. In spring 2000, Sergei joined CELESTIAL CROWN as the lead guitar player, then later came Diana on female vocals. They started to practice and soon they were ready for concert and a studio record. On November 28, 2000, CELESTIAL CROWN did a concert in a garage for their friends for free, just to see how it will be...It was great and finally just in December 2000, they started to record "Invasion" in studio Summer 2001 has seen "Invasion" released. Year 2002 brought new strength to Celestial Crown Their debut album "The Embraced" has realesed by Doom Records!!! But not everything goes well all time. In March Doom Records announced their bankrupt and were closed. So Celestial Crown lost label, but guys were not given up, and were working over their new material. All new material was recorded again in Denis's home-based studio which uses only for samples not for professional record. Now band planning to start record their new material in White Room Studio, where they recorded "Invasion" and "The Embraced". So Celestial Crown hopes to find label which helps them to release their new album, which will be more powerful and more qualified album by sound than previous albums. Time will tell what will be! Anyway story continues!
