Artist History Skaught Parry was currently in a band called Switchback when he met guitarist "Chris Doucet" at Summer school in 00'. Chris was jamming with drummer "Chris Hancock" at the time and bassist "Curtis Taylor" at the time and were in dire need of a vocalist. They had many tryouts for singers, and it was Chris Hancock who decided he liked skaughts talent. Skaught eventually left his band Switchback to pursue his dream in music with the band. They decided on the name "Untitled" but later found out the name was already taken and later decided on "Mingis". They then made a cd called "Piano Black". Soon after the creation of this cd some complications arised with their bassist Curtis. He sadly had to leave the band and they looked for a replacement. One of their good friends, Brad. He was having band troubles himself at the time and decided he'd jam with Mingis for a bit. Turns out they liked what he was doing and now he is their current bass player.
