Musical Influences Anyone and everyone

Artist History Amoeba was the brain child of then school boys Dean Wilson and Russell Glen. Wilson and Glen being the only two original members where joined 2yrs later by Stephen Kitney ,formerly of Sydney band Iliad.After going through what seemed like a never ending stream of drummers, they were joined by Adam Turner on drums. Turner was the last missing piece of the puzzle. Since being together (mid/late 2001) this incarnation of Amoeba has been causing more than a ripple on the Central Coast music scene. They have played numerous gigs in and around the Centeral Coast and are planning to expand themselves into further places in the near future. They are currently writing new material for their next release.
