Artist History After a series of chance encounters in Thailand, Japan and India, Kim and Shan decided to get together musically as "The Meme". Kim is a half Japanese/half Anglo-Celtic Aussie whilst Shan is a South American born Israeli. The 2 have written and performed together - from the streets of Tokyo, Japan to the funky club/pubs of Melbourne, Australia; and from the mountains of India to the basement of Bath, England. At present, Kim and Shan are in the south wales, U.K. working with local musicians. And so, The Meme evolves and expands.
