Artist History Has played guitar relentlessly since the age of 10. Has been blessed with an surplus imagination. In the 1980's played in a few rock bands and dreamed of having a guitar that could really be played with a bow. (Not an imitation of Jimmy Page, Rather inspiration from neo classical guitarists such as Ulrich Roth and the violin music of vivaldi.) Many drawings drawn and in late 1993 the "Arpeggione" bowed guitar became a reality. Guitarist Jonathan Wilson became wary of band projects and in late 1999 focused his musical art exclusively to bowed guitar and digital performance looping. To avoid namesake confusion, he became "Doctor Bow". The rest is history.
