Artist History
Strength From Within lasted from 2001 until early 2002. Before being called Strength From Within, they were Race of Hate. They put out a demo under the name, but found their success as Strength From Within. They played out alot for a few months, but things faded out towards the end. Their official last show was November 10th with Comin Correct. Anyone who never go to see the band live is missing out. |

Press Reviews
Strength From Within have been floating around the Pittsburgh Hardcore scene for a while now, but are finally becoming a force to reckon with. The release of this two-song demo will quiet all who doubted their ability to rise to the top. The combined efforts of their dual vocalists and relentless band members really payed off on this demo. It seems as if there are no breaks in between the beatdowns on this demo. It's a full-on breakdown attack! The pit will always be in full-effect for these guys, guaranteed. The fast parts are few and far between, but when they arrive, you sure as hell will know it. There's just so many beatdowns that the fast parts actually seem like breaks in the songs! So if you're looking for something in the style of Sworn Enemy, Redline, Another Victim, or Death Threat...fuckin' check out Strength From Within.
