Artist History Ivette- of Corrientes, began recording on a 4-track about or 7 years ago, piano background, began programming on drum machines. Then I began getting more electronic equipment, I learned to play the acoustic guitar, and I went up to a digital 8 track and now a digital 16 track. I played keyboard, moog, and organ for A Stillwater Satellite. Then entered into the band Riptide Tongue playing keyboard/backing vocals, and some of my songs were performed in NYC clubs like the Spiral, Elbow Room, and New Music Cafe. The songs on the first album were recorded with Nick Troise, the bass player of Riptide Tongue. A few of the songs were recorded with Rob Troise and Mark Macaluso, the guitarist and drummer of Riptide Tongue. The second album was recorded with Nick Troise, the bass player of Riptide Tongue. I have been currently working solo while Nick is recording an album with Riptide Tongue. I recently played at Galapagos in Brooklyn and Void in NYC. I have been collaborating with a video artist named Anthony Jackson who has been creating videos that are played together with my shows. In addition, I have collaborated with Darren Borkel, an artist who has performed with me (performance arts-miming, dancing, etc.) I am currently producing some hip-hop projects, for Iron Eye, LSD, and L and S (Brooklyn and Queens based rappers). In addition, I do dance remixes. I am currently working on a third album, my first solo album.
