Artist History After moving back to PA from VA, where Maelstrom played in such bands as HEMI & Code Blue just to name a few, Maelstrom started another band in 1992. He kept finding musicians who wanted to play southern rock or just modern metal but that wasn't his bag. Finally in 1995 a mutual friend introduced him to Raziel. Raziel had the same problems with finding musicians and soon realized Maelstrom wanted to create his own music, not just play covers. Raziel originally started out playing bass in STORMBRINGER. In 2000 when Thanatos rounded out the table, Raziel switched to his weapon of choice-Guitar. Now all the elements are in place and creative juices of Stormbringer are working overtime. They are currently recording their 3rd CD which is still untitled but promises to be out in late 2001.
