Artist History
The Crash and Burn Conspiracy what can be said? In early 2001
Crash and Burn was formed. Born out of frustration for the world around
them and passion for music these three friends aligned keeping a simple concept in mind, CHANGE. "Life is change" quoted from Squidd of the Crash
and Burn Conspiracy. "In life there is no this or that, no black or white, no classification, and no stereotype." These concepts are all apparent with
even just one listening.
Musically Crash and Burn Conspiracy is one thing, intensely
passionate. The songs range from anthems of personal experience and
emotional struggle to political stands taken on the poor state of people and
the responsibility needed to make a change. "You can not govern the state
if you do not first care for the individual" says Squidd when asked about
the subject matter of songs like Stand and Count off the new EP The End Of
You.
The End Of You was recently released on Monkey Wrench Records. Crash and Burn Conspiracy and Monkey Wrench Records share a bond that is more than just a band/label relationship. These people are all the closest of friends. Over the past few months both have worked together on releasing the EP and also an upcoming split 7" with Books Lie from New York.
The Crash and Burn Conspiracy's foundation is the friendship of everyone involved through the recording and engineering of the record to the
record label. This dedicated group of allies will soon dominate on their own terms. |
