Artist History
In a time where the world is fixated on the new milleninum, out emerges a new species of sound, where British pop and contemporary rock have no business. In a wasteland that merges South Central LA with Southern Texas comes n.u.m, the Southern California based hard rock, hip hop extremists whose multi-cultural backgrounds would otherwise find themselves on opposite sides of the street. Disregarding all social stigmas and the short comings of generations past, n.u.m meshes urban rhythms with violent blasts of hard core rock to create a revolutionary explosion.
Lead singer Bobby Reeves' wildly vivid vocals, which alternate between a young Axel Rose and a male version of Siouxsie and The Banshees, combined with the powerful rap of lyricist Slow D., redefines hip hop hard rock as we know it. The result is their self-titled debut album Milleninum, best described by front man Reeves as |
