Artist History Mach2 began in 1997 in northern illinois, releasing their first cd "The Rebirth" late that year. After a few years of frustration and unsuccessfully searching for the right bass player, Hoagland relocated to Sacramento, CA to look for a new band to play drums in. In november of that year, cossman also made the move to the sacramento are where they both played together in "Wrecluse" www.mp3.com/wrecluse for a year or so. In september of 2001, Wrecluse came to a screaching halt, when the members decided to go part ways. Almost immediately, hoagland and cossman began working together, along with wrecluse bassist chris schroeder, and now joined by ex "strange ways" vocalist, david walsh.
