Artist description Two guys who live just over the bridge from each other in central Maine. I swear I saw two of the terrorists buying a cellphone in Auburn Maine but the FBI never called me back. Terry (49) and Neal (48) have been playing classic rock, country, bluegrass, you name it for years without one damn bit of success! But we keep on playing. During Neal's most recent mid-life crisis, he started writing songs again. At first skeptical, and then downright sarcastic, Terry finally joined in and they have been recording the songs they have written together. They started out writing old-tyme songs (really old time, notice the "y" in time) and a few quasi-bluegrass tunes that sound mostly country. Then they decided, what the hell, throw in some rock and roll for good measure (no pun intended). Thus, this eclectic bunch of stuff they like to call a CD. Interestingly, every time we play a new recording for our wives or friends, nobody says anything and quickly changes the subject. Undaunted, Neal and Terry will continue to write, record, and perform around the central Maine area (talk about a backwater of civilization) and try to achieve their goal of being the absolutely most famous artists ever to come out of the Dresden-Richmond area.

Music Style We strive for style, and sometimes find it.

Musical Influences Beatles, of course. Doc Watson. The Amazing Friedlanders. Scottish bagpipe tunes, played on guitar.

Similar Artists If Lennon and McCartney couldn't sing a note, we'd sound just like them. Everybody says so.

Artist History Neal was once a medical doctor, then he became a psychiatrist, then he went kinda nuts (shh!!!! don't tell him I told you!) Terry is noone really, just an idea that became a man, and then went shopping on Saturday at the Maine Mall.
