Artist History
Son of Gary and Kamakazi grew up together in the quiet little town of Mountaintop. They have been friends since they where little kids. Over the years, they have had their own personal demons to overcome and found solitude in rap music. Son of Gary found rap in the darkest period of his life two years ago. Since then he hasn't been able to stop making his favorite form of music. He has already completed his first solo album "Summer of Gary (My Time)" and has even started up his own record label, Red Rum Empire Records. His purpose is to give his friends wit hungier and drive a purpose and place to voice their opinions wit no censorship. That is where Kamakazi comes into play. After freestyling and writing rhymes for a while now, he just needed the right place and the right people to express them wit. That is how "The Kin" was formed. Son of Gary and Kamakazi are two different types of MCs, but fit together quite nicely. They are two totally different people, which makes their interaction on the mic so interesting. Hopefully everyone enjoys their sound, but if not then atleast they got something to bump in their shitty cars wit blown out factory speakers. |
