Artist History Sarla existed primarily in the summer of 1999: it started by recording Jonah covers out of boredom... Then Sarah asked Alex if he coukld write music to a poem she had written and would sing. Then more poems were sung into more songs, and over a few weeks these songs were written and recorded.
