Artist History The Idea of 415e was dreamed into life back in the fall of 1999 when Kevin, Josh, and Marty got together and started playing. There have been three line changes and as many different names for 415e since then. We've had a singer and bass player come and go, and our newest addition, Justin, to guitar and vocals, is one we expect to stay around for a while.
