Artist History
Singer Songwriter Sharif Alexander Hamdan, scores big with his new single "Forever My Bride"! In the spring of 2001, Sharif took time off from recording with his band "Ten Years Gone", to write and record the soundtrack to his own wedding. On April 7th, 2001, with the help of brother and TYG guitarist Khalil Hamdan, Sharif performed the ballad live for his bride to be Tineke Ann, in front of family and friends, a top a mountain side, in the foothills of Tucson, Arizona.
The response to the performance and the recorded track which was also played for the couples first dance, was epic. At the suggestion of virtually everyone who had heard the track, Sharif decided to release "Forever My Bride" as a single, and a lasting dedication to a once in a lifetime celebration. |
