Artist History "The songs I write are mainly a byproduct of venting rage and pain. If Im not writing or playing, I tend to become detached and morose, kind of pissy. I think that if I didnt make music, most likely I would kill people."- Eric Downing, singer/ guitarist Tic was formed rather by accident at the infamous Humdrum Studios in the early half of 2001. Tics humble beginnings were a result of an archive/recording project undertaken by the original members. The band's personnel has since changed from a three to a four piece. While as a whole Tic is in its infancy, each member has enjoyed musical success on their own as well as with other groups. Places Tic's members have performed include, Hooligans, The Chili Pepper, Scullys Tavern, Rose's, The Red Rooster, Shooters, Bayside Marketplace, The Tavern, many outdoor venues, as well as private parties.
