Artist description
"From the suburbs of Detroit come the Basement Heroes, bearing high-energy indie-rock with a pop flare. When discribing the band a reporter said, 'The Basement Heroes have a refreshing sound that feels so familiar you can't help but sing along.' In the winter of 2001, schoolmates Attaway (guitar & vocals), O'leary (drums), and Scales (vocals & guitar) founded the group with close friend Grinstein (bass). Working relentlessly to reach the height of their potential, an uncompromising work ethic has permanently lodged itself into the mentality of the band. Despite their age, the band's capability to usher in rock and roll demands the respect of many. Equipped with an enticing stage performance and a self-produced debut album, they're sure to please. Upon first encounter you'll fall instantly for the Basement Heroes." |
