Artist History Margaret Hufstedler's experience and education are steeped in family, friends, music, and teaching at the elementary level. Her devotion to her caring community is evidenced by her readiness to share her music on any occasion. She moves with ease through classical and contemporary disciplines as well as familiar ethnic expressions. She loves diversity in music; strong evidence of her acceptance and appreciation for divergent cultures. She is an accomplished pianist whose heart and ear, conditioned by her devout faith, cooperate to communicate unique nuances; resulting in that delicate distinction so necessary in baring the soul musically. Her music is a labor of love. Don Shehorn's broad based experience and education (he will be sixty-five September 1, 2001) in human services, agriculture, business, public speaking and counseling, coupled with a liberal education in psychology, philosophy, religions, English and the arts, provides a deep well from which this talented wordsmith draws with spontanaeity. He is a principled writer whose work is transparent to his roller coaster pilgrimage and a long term running conversation with ultimate reality; the object of his faith and work.
