Artist description Spawned by the uproar in the crossover hardcore scene of the early 80's, Ossuary was created to fuel the fires in the Southern California underground. Regenerated by the 90's punk revolution, Ossuary has returned to make a statement about what Hardcore was, is, and will be. Unlike the so called "Punk Rock" music of today, this is music your parents will hate, as it was intended! The year 2001 brings back the roots of SDHC with the release of this 6 song EP, "Waiting in Hate" The songs on this CD were first recorded in 1985 and have been re-recorded in the exact configuration as the original compositions. Ossuary would like to thank Badcard Music for producing this release and supporting the return of one of Southern Californiaąs original Hardcore Bands.

Artist History Ossuary formed in 1984 by Greg Raymond and Chris McAuliffe. Originally doing covers of Social Distortion and GBH, Ossuary soon put together a complete set list of original punk material. Ossuary gigged the Southern California Underground Hardcore scene for the last half of the 1980's. By 1989 Lead vocalist and guitar player Greg Raymond left the Ossuary when offered the front man position with San Diego’s "Infamous Sinphony." Shortly after joining ranks of Infamous Sinphony a 5 year contract with Wild Rags Records led to a 5 year Ossuary hiatus. After the obligations to Infamous Sinphony and Wild Rags were met, Ossuary regrouped and began writing new material in an effort to capitalize on the new resurgence of Punk Rock in the early 90’s. Now, as the new millennium opens, Ossuary Is in full force with the release of “Hate in Waiting,” a collection of the origonal songs written in 1985-87. The recording is new but the songs are the same compositions written over 15 years ago! Ossuary will be releasing a second full length CD in the Fall of 2001…. S.D.H.C. for life!
