Artist History
The object of the PSR Label is to encourage our fellow label members by spreading the word about each other's musical projects to our own audiances. In creating such an association, our music gets heard as independant artists in places we could not reach before. We are always open to new members as long as they are true to their music. We base these standards on the following criteria: we feel that their music deserves a certain push, that is has never before been done before and in most cases, true team players who spreads the PSR Logo anywhere they can and enjoy everybody else's works. Only the two PURPLE SKY Founders (Yanncik Lagace & Sin Mallette St-Pierre) have the last word on who they add on the label or not. The label could eventualy take the band somewhere or vice versa. But nontheless, in this fragile start, the PSR Logo significes true integrity and we will keep it that way. In order to become a label member, it is suggested that you first join the PSR Cult also featured on purpleskyonline.com Purple Sky was created in 1994 by Yannick Lagace and Sin Mallette St-Pierre (with the help of Thierry Cote a.k.a Super Bastard and Patrice Guilbault). Other primary members include our webmaster Patrick Pleau and our moral support Sebastien Miller. All other PSR Label members have become our family as well. This one's for you guys.
