Artist History Cloudy water was formed in March of 2000, but the creative heart of the band lies in the life long friendship of guitarist,vocalist Jeremy Horner and bassist Chris Knarr. While growing up and attending school together. Jeremy and Chris both shared the same passion for the early 90s music scene. It was this passion that lead the two to pursue their dreams and start a band they called Cynix. For the next 4 to 5 years the bands line up would change. but the creative force that these two made would not. Determined to make music on their own terms they recorded a demo that they felt captured the essence of their vision. During this time they also decided to lose the name Cynix and named the group Cloudy Water. From there they gave the demo to drummer Bryan Willi who joined the group immediately. Bryans explosive energy and showmanship was just what the two were looking for to complete their vision of the band they set out to be. With Bryan behind the kit, the group has made a name for themselves in the their home town of Elyria Ohio. Not only have they played the local bars and clubs, theyve also performed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, as well as opened for national recording artist, pete. Now with newly recorded material. the band is working hard to get signed to a record deal so they can unleash their full potential.
