Artist History
Michael B. Levin was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He began playing drums as a youngster and was playing professionally by the time he was 16. After years of playing clubs and doing local session work he left New York for Hollywood, California to expand his career.
In Hollywood, where he still lives, Michael turned himself into a "buffet of entertainment," working in different areas of show business. He wrote and performed his own stand-up comedy act, doing impressions, singing and eventually put together a popular show performing as Frank Sinatra. He has acted in movies, in a television pilot and does many voice-overs, including commercials and the character Dino Spumoni in the popular Nickolodean cartoon "Hey Arnold."
As a singer he has played on the bill with top-draw acts Donna Summer, Jeff Foxworthy and Paul Rodriguez and has appeared on numerous local variety television shows.
Michael now turns to some young, talented songwriters to present his talent as a rhythm and blues singer. As he endeavors to do more acting he launches a solo singing career in the genre he knows best.
