Artist History Leek was a founding member of a group called The Usual Suspects (Wylde Records/Ecko/ BMG) after several months of gigs opening up for the likes of Mos Def, The Lox, Common, Montell Jordan, Das EFX, Black Sheep and a showcase at the CMJ Fall 2000 festival it was evident to Leek, his manager and multiple A&R reps, radio people and fans that it was time to focus on Leek's solo career. For the past six months Leek has been on lock down in the basement studio of the Queens based production duo Dark Shadez Productions working on songs for his debut solo effort.
