Artist History
The Tickets were formed in 1981 in New York City by Scott, who had recently immigrated to the City from southern Ohio. The band played numerous showcase clubs in Manhattan inclduing The Other End, Kenny's Castaways, SNAFU, and Great Gildersleeves. They re leased their only single (Turn Me Away/The People Next Door) in 1983. The band called it quits in 1984 - early victims of video killing the radio star....® |
