Artist description
Saturn Box is mainly composed of twisted ape-like
creatures that enjoy making noise and screaming
their heads off. Amongst other things, there are
7 of these angry band members itching to put an
end to popularity with twisted sounds that only
the insane/inane can understand properly. Saturn
Box is indeed a one-way ticket to the small hole
in the back of your brain where logic simply falls
out. Inspired deeply by Molested Dead, Saturn Box
is a newish sound with hopes to drive others to
understand the psychotic logics of primary social
economics (i.e. What if the insane was majority?). |

Artist History
Three members worked as part of an industrial
group, while two others worked under a
noise/experimental group. The two groups basically
joined forces and made this odd/psychotic material.
Finally the two groups had a sound, but no solid
vocalist.. None of the 6 band members wanted to
do vocals, thus they managed to find someone
through the little 'circle of friends' to join in
as a main vocalist.. Thusly the band was formed. |

Press Reviews
By Auradefect, critic
"Inside Acid" Review:
"This song was very well produced and I like it alot.
The guitars giveit most of the feel, and I love them.
The intro to the song was decent, but I think it oculd
be worked on a little more. Overall this song was
great. Too bad its so short though, I really wanted
to hear more."
DJ Slackshire, critic"Inside Acid" Review
"I have to say, I (important point) I love what your
doing with this track. Unfortunately, I really have
to say you fall really short of doing much of anything.
I think the biggest problem is that there's way too much
distortion and surprisingly not enough movement. If
you relaly want to write a tack that says "F**k the
rules!" then you have to try a little harder to break them.
Just going into a mad orgy of noise is really cool
and alot of fun (Rush me, I've made alot of tracks like
that myself!). The fact of the matter is, anyone can
do that. Most people are afraid of doing that. Props to
you for doing it. Anyway, great work.. now lets see
you refine it."
Response to DJ Slackshire:
Travis Barley (Lead Singer of 'Saturn Box')
:We aren't doing the "F**k the rules!" message at all.
In fact, we're just here to do experimental guitar
tactics. Funny thing is.. cause another dude said
this too.. we didn't touch anything as far as distortion
goes. Leon plugged his damn guitar in and started
playing.. that's literally how it sounds.. just the
way it is in the song. My vocals, ugh.. heh, I don't
know if they were really distorted, but they were
delayed in a few places |
