Artist History
The Bob Fera Band was formed in 1998, in support of Bob Fera's debut solo
release, "From Time to Time". Members included long time friends Erik Wild on
drums, and Scott Howard on bass. After a successful start the band received a
phone call from Eric Seymour who had heard the CD and asked for an audition.
After Scott Howard's departure in March of 1999, the band looked no further than
David Balzer to fill out the low end. Later that year, in need of a drummer, Dan
Schieder auditioned with the band.... He has been with the band since August,
2000
"From Time to Time" was a warmly received project. It included the past works of
Bob’s former bands Me and Bob, and The Jennings. Bob Fera writes, "The album
was my attempt to release all the wonderful time and effort we put into making these
tracks. I always feared that the work would be lost as bands broke up....and now
it’s all this." |
