Artist History steiner first started playing together as 'Fleece' in the dark days of '96. The original line-up of six members has slowly been depleated over time due to a number af near-fatal, fatal and religous accidents. the ill advised name change in '99 to 'extracta' proved to be a turning point as gigs began to get more and more regular until people rang us to play - and for the first time people started to ask us back. then we split up. in the meantime, steve, ex-bass player, learnt to play lead guitar, and we roped in ducky to play bass. so in febuary 2001 steinerwas born, hellbent on shaking things up
