Artist History Robbie's talent was evident from his teenage years, when one of his songs won a New Zealand Schools' Award, through years of tough graft of playing live pub gigs, and four years in Australia as leader of respected rock band Polish. In late 1998, Robbie returned to New Zealand with his head full of melodies and inspiring lyrics, and a desire to get closer to his Celtic heritage. This sent him on an enlightened journey of creativity, which has resulted in this introduction to his songwriting skills.
