Artist description The "psyt" is a complete solo unit. All parts were written and play by a person called "psyt", using guitar, keyboard and voice. He started to write and play folk songs in his 11 years old. In his 20's he used to like and play avant-garde rock music such as "No New York", playing in a crazy band called "DAI YONN BYOUTOU (The 4th Ward)", soon he was moving to free improvisational music and played with many dancers. One day he left them away and became enthusiastic to pop alternative music again. So his favorite music/musicians are covering wide genres. For example, his most favorite traditional folk songs are Afghan songs and Central African ones. Basically he is very fond of hard electric guitar music, such as, Jimmy Hendrix, Mahogany Rush /Frank Marino, John Maclaghulin, Joe Satriani and Steve Vai. But in these songs he plays only an acoustic guitar. Off course he was inspired by many pops in 60-70's.
