Artist description
In “Digital Faces”, the creative juxtaposition of beats, rhythms, drones, licks, and synthesized loops creates a music that is powerful, dynamic, full of motion, and extremely danceable. Within a light jazz or new age context, “The Lost World” CD utilizes simple, heartfelt melodies and lush orchestrations to create music that combines a gentle serenity with a sense of optimism. And in the classical tradition he can move between the avant-garde (“Moonlight Shadow”), and the traditional (“Orchestras”) with ease. |

Press Reviews
Comments on the "The Lost World" DAM CD from visitors to my MP3 site include, "I think the recordings are top shelf stuff...Your work is great.", "I am extremely impressed and really enjoyed 'The Lost World' and 'Dream Catcher'", and "Lovely, beautiful music ...have turned many friends on to your music. We all agree you are long overdue for national recognition." TraxInSpace says "The tracks he offers here range from drifting, floating soundscapes to more beat-oriented, Latin-inspired songs to digital journeys with an ancient feel. The result is innovative, but always relaxing music." TraxInSpace rates "The Lost World" a 9/10 and says, "With all the variety within this song, and combining it in such a professional manner leaves it with nothing but a 10 here! What can I say? It's a great piece of music. Nice rhythmic/harmonic foundation consisting of strings, innovative bass-line and a Latin inspired drum arrangement. There are various styles in this song combining game/slow pop/orchestral and a more ambient and Latin influence. A very great song." TraxInSpace gives "Nieve de Dios" a rating of 8/10 and says, "A nice song with good melodies, and very good instruments that fit perfect with each other. It's very good! This song would fit perfectly as an intro track to a family comedy television show. Very nice...the instrument quality is excellent." |
