Artist History Killem Gillem was originally formed by Shawn (Beaver) McCoy after the break up of his first band Out Of Order. Since then Killem Gillem has pushed it's way into the ska/punk scene of the South Bay, Los Angeles and is now on the prowl for new markets. They also took on a new drummer, Brendan Reynolds, in December of 1999 and are currently looking for a possible second guitarist. "Killem Gillem" was originally the name of Beaver's grandmother who performed in traveling carnivals as a lady wrestler, lion tamer, and alligator wrestler. The name is a symbol of strength and perserverance, which is exactly the attitude of this #*! kicking band! Killem Gillem's first CD (1000 pounds) was recorded at Stall #2 in Redondo Beach, engineered/produced by Fletcher Dragge of PENNYWISE and Darian Rundall. The band is awaiting an opportunity to do a new demo at the same location and hopes to use the same people for the recording process. Keep your eyes pealed.
