Greta's tunes can be described as alternative rock n roll
with some southern flair. The CD highlights Greta's gorgeous voice and her even better song
writing. The album features Bob Dylan's pedal steele guitar player, Bucky Baxter, Smashing
Pumpkins drummer, Kenny Aronoff, John Mellencamp's guitar player and keyboard player,
Mike Wanchic and Moe Z and Hee Haws legendary banjo player, Roni Stoneman.

Artist History
Greta Gaines became the first Women's Extreme Snowboard Champion in Valdez, Alaska in
1992. After retiring from professional competition, she started writing music. Her singing career
started in Jackson, Wyoming at the Rancher Bar. Shortly thereafter, she developed a loyal
following of drunk cowboys, locals and lonely dog mushers. Her two passions music and
snowboarding collided in Austin, Texas at the MTV Sports and Music Festival which was held
in October 1997. She co-hosted the men's and women's Big Air Snowboard Competition with
MTV VJ, Kennedy. |
