Artist description
Heavy funk/rock power trio. Here's a show
review -- "Headliners Dirty Pool took the
Fox Theatre crowd into a down-and-dirty
sparring session between Stevie Ray Vaughan
and P-Funk. Guitarist Paul Shellooe plays
with Joe Satriani-like skills but also has
some of the beautiful style of a Chris
Duarte. Bass player Colin Mitchell busted
out on a classic woodbody 6-string bass,
and drummer Aaron Anderson kept up a furious
beat on the drums. This is an incredibly
talented live band."

Artist History
Founded in 1994, Dirty Pool has been gigging
relentlessly in Colorado and beyond and has
become a top draw at the finer venues in the
area. Their debut CD was released in July
of 1998 and has been very well received.
Over the years, the band has played and become
friends with great musicians such as Chris
Duarte, Joe Satriani, Ian Moore, and Double
Trouble. Dirty Pool is simply having a
great time doing what they love -- playing
music. |
