| Artist description This is the solo project of one of the members of the Hawthorne Improvisation Collective,
and a member of Avijit, The Defenestration Unit and Bartiromo. Basically me doing whatever I want
to on tape. Mostly drones, piano based improvisations, and loosely structured experiments.

 | | | | Artist History I started improvising on the alto sax and piano in 1995. After Mike Switzer and I started the Hawthorne Improvisation
Collective, we participated in a number of improvisation-based groups, including Avijit, The Democratic Art, The
Defenestration Unit, and C.C.M. Through the years, whatever I have not done with one of these groups, I've done in
this series of recordings.
