Artist History Cellular was officially formed in 1996 with fellow producer Matt Harris (now producing as Junoman and Morphogen and living in Scotland). Since 1998 Will has used the name for his trance and hard house tracks, and through this site secured a record deal with Romp Hardhouse in the year 2000.
