Artist description Billy C is an artist/vocalist similar to the 70's soul singers, such as Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder and Luther Vandross, but with a style and sound of his own. He began his solo career after working on group projects with Smash/Polygram and Arista Records. He's worked with several artists including Will Downing and CC Penniston, C&C,to name a few. His current project entitled "Billy C" has had great success primarily through MP3.com, where his song "Life Goes On" was one of the top 100 songs of 2000.
